Special attention is paid to the sustainable securing of the press connection. In addition to caulking, SONIMA’s portfolio also includes the option of an additional locking pin and chemical locking.
Our employees are experts in handling liquid nitrogen. This allows the parts to be pressed in to be shrunk beforehand, so that the highest demands on the required fit can be met.
In addition, the pressing-in process is optimised by an automatically applied oil film. Depending on the application, pressing can also be done dry. The hydraulic or pneumatic systems from SONIMA achieve press-in forces of up to 50 kN, which can be controlled by force/displacement monitoring in the process if required.
